AlfredCamera doesn’t offer a free trial for most users at present. However, Premium doesn’t lock you into an expensive long-term contract, so you can start at just $5.99 a month and cancel anytime.
Users adding a new AlfredCam device can enjoy a one month free trial of Premium after they receive and pair their device. Learn how to access your one month free trial here.
Once you upgrade to Premium, you will receive a confirmation email titled "Welcome to Premium".
You can also check your account status by going to the "More" tab in the app. Once upgraded, your account will be shown as Premium and the "Premium" tab will no longer appear on the menu navigation.
If your account was not upgraded even after subscribing to Premium, follow the instructions on our help center to troubleshoot, or reach out to the team at support@alfred.camera or via the in-app "Contact Us" channel.
Yes, your Premium subscription will be automatically renewed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You don't have to worry about manually renewing your subscription as long as your payment information is up to date.
Keep in mind that cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. If you have any questions or encounter any issues regarding your subscription renewal or cancellation, please get in touch with AlfredCamera support via the in-app "Contact Us" channel.
